Christmas Mantle

I hope you all enjoyed the faux mantle. I certainly do!

I figured I would appease you curiosity and show you my Christmas Mantle, all nice and decorated. There are a few thrift stores that I just love to visit and these last few weeks I have been collecting things to decorate my mantle with.

A fun little berry wreath adorns the corner of my antique gate.

I found the reindeer at a local thrift store for 1.00 and it was a dark metal color. A few coats of my new found love of silver and now it is beautiful! An apothicary jar filled with fake berries and a gold ornaments. Finally a adorably fun christmas tree bell found at a thrift store for 1.25. Love them!

A fabulous silver plate that I got at the thrift store for 1.50 (I have a new found love for anything silver!) A fun block with a fabulous santa on it. I got a bag full of three of them for 1.00. A faulously white snow flake finishes it off.

In the center sits a audio book given to my kiddos from their Paw-paw last year. A train set of stocking hangers I got a few years ago for 2.50 during Targets after Christmas sale. To top it off, 4 handmade sweater stockings I made last year (be prepared for a tutorial!)

The final product. Like I said, it isn't a giant mantle but it gets the job done and is extremely fun to decorate. If you have been pining for a mantle, don't let the fact that you don't have a chimney get you down! We ALL can have a mantle!
What does your mantle look like?
